“Electing Green MPs is the surest way to avoid Harper forming government.” – EM

Members of Parliament in a minority House can reach out to the Governor General immediately following an election and ask for time to develop a collaborative approach among parties to find a government that can hold the confidence of the House.  A Green Party caucus will do that, even though the Liberals and NDP have failed in the past to come together in cooperation because of intense hyper-partisanship, thereby allowing the Conservatives to form government in a minority Parliament in 2006 and 2008.

This can’t be said any simpler: Elected Greens will not let this happen.
