Youth Vote, aged 18-25

There are 3 million eligible voters aged 18-25. Polling indicates that the Green Party of Canada would win a significant number of seats if this category of voters just voted. Yes, it’s that simple, just vote – no convincing necessary. They already know that the environment is deteriorating and they are well educated. The fact that they would vote Green is clearly an indication of the excellent education they have received. But to give them hope to participate in this political environment is difficult. I would have to say that it is likely the tone of the political debate and lack of inspiration that has caused the disenfranchisement of the youth vote. They have no interest in the petty bickering that the political system has taken on in Canada.
